not all the painters are doing art just like

not all the photographers are doing art as well.  i kind of think this forum is opened to everyone, artists or not, masters or not, photographers or not.  if you are expecting to get an art class from this forum, you are in the wrong place.  in fact, most of 99% photography forums are not mainly for artists only, i suspect.  they are for enthusiast.  but if you extend that infinitely to say that photography is not art just because you don't see "art" here, dont you think that is a little too far fetched?

the other day people were talking about how to improve this forum.  one of the subject was how to keep both the more advance people happy while not scaring away the beginners.  imagine if you tell people that they have to show something that is truly art in this forum, how many people will post their photos here?  and the question is, how many people in this world can come out and claim that they are true artists, and they are doing true art? 

but any how, i think it would be really nice if people can give constructive ideas or motivations to improve their fellows here, good or bad, right or wrong, it is all up for discussion.  i think people here not only want a criticism, but also an alternative view.  it is always easy to come out and point fingers, but i think people here need more specific suggestions/advices to improve.
