英文本版是Twinkle twinkle little star, 一閃一閃亮晶晶 是中文版的。

 

莫紮特   的 《小星星變奏曲》一共有四句.   歌詞原著是一首流行的19世紀早期英文催眠曲詩,  "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" 作者 Jane Taylor, 全詩如下:

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are !
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.

When the blazing sun is gone,
When he nothing shines upon,
Then you show your little light,
Twinkle, twinkle, all the night.

Then the trav’ller in the dark,
Thanks you for your tiny spark,
He could not see which way to go,
If you did not twinkle so.

In the dark blue sky you keep,
And often thro' my curtains peep,
For you never shut your eye,
Till the sun is in the sky.

'Tis your bright and tiny spark,
Lights the trav’ller in the dark,

我讀完了全詩，覺得可以唱，原作曲很短隻有四句。 我自己就自己重新編排做了個伴奏，做了一首完整的歌。

其實哪,莫紮特也不是原作曲, 這個曲調是源自於一首法國兒歌："Ah! vous dirai-je, maman",【媽媽請聽我說】，後莫紮特依此創作了《小星星變奏曲》；這個作曲也被其它歌用到， "Alphabet song" 與 "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep".

Ah! vous dirai-je, maman 的中法語歌詞對照如下：

Ah ! Vous dirai-je maman
Ce qui cause mon tourment?
Papa veut que je raisonne
Comme une grande personne
Moi je dis que les bonbons
Valent mieux que la raison.
