工業化養殖是非常殘忍的

大家有機會可以看看  Cowspiracy 這個紀錄片，工業化養牛損害的不僅是牛，也是整個環境。紀錄片裏有一個醫生說：Cow milk contains very rich nutrients. It's meant to blow a small calf into a large cattle. The nutritions and hormones are way too much for humans. That's why men drinking milk grow men boobs; women drinking milk have higher risk of developing breast cancer.  他的結論是： if you're not a baby cow, then DON'T drink cow milk!
