急問貓尿血問題

貓十四歲了，連著幾天尿裏有血，還不是一點點紅，可貓精神沒變化，該吃吃，該睡睡，沒有痛苦。

帶去看獸醫，尿檢正常，開了抗生素。這幾天，天天抗生素，但尿裏仍有血。

請教各位貓爸貓媽，會是什麽問題呢？
