急問：狗狗有四天沒便便了怎麽辦

昨天已經看過vet了。照了x－ray。 說是便便都積在腸子的上半部，沒有足夠的bowel movement沒能排出來

自己前兩天喂了pumpkin puree。昨天vet打了增加bowel movement的針，今天用了fleet enema，都沒有用。還有什麽辦法嗎？？
