A:關於孔雀名字的來源，曆史上還真沒有統一說法，但應該不是指它們尾上覆羽的眼斑。北宋
人陸佃稱，“孔”是形容孔雀的羽毛有花紋、光彩奪目；明代李時珍則在《本草綱目》的“孔
雀”條目裏說，“孔，大也”——也就是說，“孔雀”就是“大個子的雀鳥”。
