Amber, one of my cats, her previous owner, a girl in her early 20s, gave Amber up when she found she's pregnent.  I adopted her.  A few months later, the girl found out the baby had genetic defects and wouldn't survive if the baby is born. 

When I heard it, I felt very sorry for the girl, but I can't help think if that's a karma.
