Did you check local newspaper or website for "pets for sale" section?
It just happened in the city I am living in. A couple lost their dog, and three weeks later, found their dog from website, for sale $500. They pretend to be the buyer, and meet the seller at a shopping mall's parking lot. And it really is their dog? Can you believe it?
