my little experience

FangFang is half Daschund. One day three years ago she panted heavily when I got home from work. She could hardly work more than a few steps. I bought her to vet immediately. The vet said she probably has hurted her back. He prescribed Rymadyl. After got home, I gave her a Rymadyl, She seemed better but woke up panting in midnight. I got out sunbeam wet/dry heating pad to apply on her back and massage her back every night. I carried her to do her business everytime and put her in crate to restrict her movement. It took about two months for her to recover. I recommend absolutely not to make your dog move. Give her back support when you have to move her. Hope this helps.
