彩虹橋（譯文）
這座橋連接著天堂和人間，色彩斑斕，人們叫它彩虹橋。彩虹橋的此岸是綿延的草原，綠草如茵的丘陵和山穀，人們深愛的寵寶離開人世之後就會來到這美麗的地方，這裏永遠衣食無憂，水草豐美，風和日麗。那些曾經被疾病折磨，年老體衰的寵寶重新獲得了健康和活力；那些曾經被傷害，殘疾的寵寶又健全與強壯，就像我們一直在夢裏日夜思念的一樣。他們天天相互陪伴，盡情玩耍。小家夥們沉浸在幸福與喜樂中，隻有一件事讓他們心中牽掛不已：他們思念著留在彼岸曾是他們生命中特別的“人”。
他們雖然都在酣暢自由地奔跑嬉戲，當那一刻來臨時，其中卻總有一個突然駐足遙望著遠方，欣喜充滿他熠熠閃光的雙眸，身體在熱切盼望中顫栗。他忽然離開玩伴們，飛奔過綠草地，越跑越快，那是因為他看見了你。你最終和你特別的朋友團圓了，緊緊抱在一起，沉浸在重逢的喜悅中，再也不會分開。
快樂的親吻像雨點一般落在你的臉上，你的手再次撫摸著他可愛的小腦袋，你再度深深的注視著他值得信賴的雙眼，雖然時光飛逝，但是他卻從來沒離開過你的心房。然後，你們一起跨越彩虹橋，永遠永遠不再分開。。。。。。
This is a bridge connecting heavn and earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of it's many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and alleys with lush green grass.When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is alawys food and water and warm spring weather.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor；Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
They play all day with each other.The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them, who had left them behind.They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers.Suddenly he begins to break away from the group,flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been seen,and when you and your special friend finally meet,you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face;your hands again caress the beloved head,and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet,so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.
