總統貼牆練軍姿

媽媽說我腰的部位稍微有點突出，身材不夠勻稱。

聽說儀仗隊都是這麽練的，不過他們是站著練我是躺著練。經過嚴格的訓練我現在從頭到尾一樣粗了。
