For the phone numbers required by Paypal to attach to these accounts, do you usually random pick a phone number or you use phone numbers from your friends?

What is the chance that Paypal or ebay will call you to verify the information?

Thanks for the information. I just opened another one and it seems you can still do it today without SSN. Not sure tomorrow.
