Job outsourcing 是價格和供求的關係，貿易的走向一定是follow the cost effective trend, 過去的二三十年，製造業移向中國是因為中國的低成本，今天中國的勞工成本越來越高，競爭力日趨下降，很多製造業不得不移向越南，柬埔寨，泰國，我們不能因為製造業的外移而責怪某個政黨，我們應該看看自己為什麽我們不能設法降低成本或生產高附加值的產品？
