努力吃苦，又挖一盆～

野菜！好幾年沒吃了，最近視頻總刷到，昨天天氣好終於行動，有很大收獲～

昨天洗淨的，洗了四遍，焯水。

今天又挖了，有了經驗，沒洗前也很幹淨～

昨天的焯水包了餃子，餡兒裏加肉炒雞蛋一把韭菜

趁熱吃真香，野菜吃油，肉適當多些，好吃～
