昨天做了石斑（岩）魚豆腐湯，味道非常鮮美，魚湯如牛奶一樣白，非常鮮 ：）

薑滑油鍋，下石斑魚煎5-6分鍾，然後加熱水煮沸，加料酒，撇沫，放入蘑菇，豆腐 （小閑推薦的House foods 豆腐）開中火燉30分鍾，加鹽，蔥花，白胡椒粉，開吃 ：）
