我們每次都是點同樣的菜。當年去新奧爾良旅行吃過就念念不忘，不知道原創是不是美國南方。

生蠔，先擠檸檬汁，醃片刻；再加店裏秘製的醬汁 G sauce， 再醃個10分鍾左右就可以吃啦。

。

這家店的招牌就是在桌子上開吃，幾乎沒有盆碗瓢勺，什麽？對，就是用手，吃。
