還記得去年我買的壺鈴嗎？

 

30磅的壺鈴，大家都說太重了。我練壺鈴斷斷續續有好幾個月了，現在我可以一口氣甩100個，完了還可以繼續做別的鍛煉項目。

 

兩星期前我還一直停留在一次甩50個，然後要休息幾分鍾再繼續甩50個。

 

剛開始時掙紮著甩十幾個就得停下，現在很享受自己提東西時輕而易舉的感覺。

壺鈴這樣甩：

注意小腿要一直保持直立。視頻裏的計劃：新手第二天甩200個，一般用的是6-8磅的壺鈴，最好用軟的壺鈴比較安全。
