卷餅：海帶燉胡蘿卜白蘿卜、醋溜土豆絲、尖椒炒雞蛋、肘子肉

早上吃完出門，轉了一天，不想吃外麵的，心裏就想著我的醬肘子。

到家先燉上蘿卜、海帶，用昨天鹵肘子的汁。

有鹵豆泡。

炒個土豆絲、青椒絲。

用的中東大餅

相貌平常的女人也不用獻媚的手段。

過期醜女也活得挺好。

沒了荷爾蒙，食欲特好的女人，也有尊嚴。
