今年的第一場大雪

火鍋用的是大棒骨頭蘿卜湯做底，配的是海底撈的上湯三鮮湯料。 自己調的香油大蒜小料。

手工羊羔肉。

記得原來北京有家滿福樓，專門吃涮肉，以羊肉質量取勝。

它家就是手工羊肉,不是冰凍的。

其實涮羊肉，最主要的還是要看羊肉的味道。

選的是羊羔肩頭肉，十分的鮮嫩。
