上海成為資本中心是不可能的。資本中心的前提是廣泛認可

的法律體係。有了紛爭，當地的法律讓募資者投資者投告有門。

同時各主要資本國要有相當的資本在中國充當信物。

中國的法律與通行不符合，共產黨至今對物權管理沒有崇高信譽，上海成為國際資本中心沒啥可能。
