駱家輝應該算是第二代移民：his grandfather and his father came to this country together, and he was the first generation born in this country.... If his father was also born here, then Mr. locke is the third generation of immigration in his family...

As for his last name Locke, lots of Chinese or Asian or any other immigrants try to pick the English the word which sounds mostly close to his/her last name, like Lee:李; law 羅… they all look like Caucasian name… for convenience’s reason…
