被自己創造的技術所包圍後人類發現自己已經“無路可逃”。他們不能再刺破技術的蛋殼尋找祖先用了幾十萬年的時間才適應的生活環境。今天在我們的城市裏早已不再有白天黑夜、冷熱之別。而有的隻是人口過剩，媒體和電視帶來的奴役、和一切意義的全盤喪失。人類被來自自身之外的力量和目的所捆綁著。越是科技不斷的發達給我們提供脫離對自然的必然依賴，我們越是受製於人造科技的必須。
