【中華論壇】2010年全球清廉度排行榜：日本第17 中國第78

    【共同社柏林10月26日電】監視世界各國腐敗行為的非政府組織（NGO）“透明國際”26日公布了2010年度全球腐敗指數報告。日本“清廉度”在178個國家和地區中排名第17，與去年持平， 中國則排名第78，比去年上升1位。丹麥、新西蘭和新加坡三國並列第一。

      腐敗指數以各國際組織收集的數據為依據，對各國政治家及公務員的“清廉度”進行評分，滿分為10分。自1995年起每年發布一次。

      丹麥、新西蘭和新加坡取得9.3分，芬蘭和瑞典取得9.2分並列第四。日本7.8分，中國3.5分。美國7.1分、位列22名，索馬裏1.1分、為倒數第一。阿富汗和緬甸1.4分、居第176。

      透明國際強調稱：“全世界很多貧窮的人是腐敗問題的受害者。”並呼籲國際社會應加強法製建設，鏟除腐敗現象。（完）
