郭台銘三鞠躬道歉 大打人情牌

郭台銘又承認，廠方昨日要求員工簽署同意，日後有自殺或自殘行為，不可以向公司追究的信件有問題，已指示收回。

但他指，過往公司對自殺員工發放的撫恤金太高，變相鼓勵自殺，或會調整。

郭台銘指公司在深圳聘用四十五萬人，絕大部份員工都工作很好，傳媒不應該偏向報導員工墮樓事件。

郭台銘還反問，日本也有年輕人自殺，而自殺比例是多少呢？
他說，針對富士康員工跳樓，他曾請教過相關的心理專家，以11名跳樓員工和深圳富士康40萬員工總數來算，比例是否在合理的水平範圍內。專家的答覆是，比例「在正常線下」。
