我的理解

根本原因是這樣的

中國傳統教育目的是求知行合一的「道」，西方則是求知識的「真理」。相應地，
中國傳統的教育方式是老師親炙式，要信任和服從老師，就象學氣功一樣，因此亦
特別在意尋找好老師。西方則是係統和集體的學院式，要質疑和「不信任」老師和
既有知識。這兩種教育目的和方式就算不是背道而馳也是大相徑庭的。

當代中國的問題是走西方知識教育的形式而心理是傳統的。即是用求道的方式求知
識，因此不成功。而今天世界的「先進」「落後」是以西方價值為準繩的。中國現
在的教育製度不利於實現這些價值。

以上是主問題，由它衍生出一大堆從問題。
