一般對於苦瓜,我的方法是用鹽碼一下(就是加鹽,隨便用手兜一兜,放一會兒),然後取出來稍稍擠一下擠去鹽水,用涼水過一下,,
這樣的好處是既少了苦澀味又沒有青澀味...∶)
