What you said was true 20 years ago but not completely true any more. Big Corporation can compromise Court System at Federal Court districts and Appearl Court to a unbelivable way. At least Federal Court Newark (NJ) District and 3rd Apealing Court at Phildelpha can be bought by KPMG.
