餓死人數是他自己估算的，我已經質疑算法有瑕疵。

1。在1950年--1958年死亡人數中，選取死亡人數最少的1958年作為比較基數，1959年--1962年死亡人數比1958年多出部分都算作餓死的。

2。基礎病人因為營養不良死於病算不算餓死的？
