I also only eat two meals

One is at around 11am, the other is at around 4 to 5 pm.

I don't have time to eat a full breakfast before going to work, only a cup of coffee with milk. It's too early to make breakfast.I have morning duty starting at 7:30 am. Making an elaborate breakfast at 6:30, 6:40 is too much work for me. My children have free breakfast at their respectful schools.  At 10:45am, school lunch time starts. I have lunch duty so it's my lunch time too. After lunch I'll help to clean up tables. At 4pm, I feel hungry again and start thinking about food. At 5pm, I can actually eat something from outside. At the evening 6-7pm, I drink some very dense nutmilk with a teaspoon of sugar. That's it.

Two meals are totally possible, even without snacks inbetween.
