I was about 8 to 9 years old but remember those movies well.
The movies were free for internal audiences to see. So many people from the same institute walking together through an alley to watch a movie in a very big meeting hall was very impressive, especially for little kids like me. We were excited about pretty much anything shown there. I was taken to watch a ghost movie from Hongkong with the crowd, omg, it was so scary. I was only four or five years old and totally terrified.
These two movies mentioned above were very mellow and sentimental, almost sad. But she was really charming and unforgettable in the movies. I wouldn't say she was a very beautiful woman, but the tenderness from her face and body was unique. She was perfect for playing those roles: a nice nanny and a fallen princess, women of tragic fate.
