肉丁,豆幹丁,香菇丁,有時加毛豆子,
油煸後,放醬,辣醬蒜蓉醬甜麵醬,
最後放花生米翻炒一下。

炒,或炸的花生最好在豆腐燒好,上桌後撒上,拌入。否則,熱氣一捂,花生就疲軟了,失了香脆的口感。
