1。我現沒有任何他資產或是銀行帳戶的資料，州警或哪裏能提供？
2。I just know someone has hold this roofer’s payment，Is there any way I can hold this payment? If I go small court, can judge rule this payment to me?

3.現我真不想象讓他修，隻想拿回錢來。一是怕他使壞或subcontract to unqualified worker, 二是他本有3年的warranty,現看he will not do it,還有也不想再跟他打交道。我能否說：他說過：““You do not call me again. F uck you." in小額訴訟庭
