醫療帳單問題請教.

去年做了個小手術.術後隨訪了5次醫生.4次的費用都沒有問題,就其中1次看醫生的帳單總寄來.醫院的理由是"insurance company did not response claim". 打電話給保險公司,保險公司說術後隨訪的費用是包括在手術費用裏的.醫院不應該再收費.保險公司說他們會跟醫院聯係.過一會保險公司打電話給我說醫院電話沒人接,他們已經留言了.讓醫院有問題找他們.但醫生的帳單總寄來.再跟保險公司聯係,保險公司仍然說他們會跟醫院聯係, 仍然說醫院電話沒人接,他們已經留言了. 今天醫院的帳單又寄來了.我就鬱悶到底該找誰? 為什麽保險公司跟醫院聯係時醫院電話總沒人接?我每次打電話時總有人接? 誰在撒謊? 怎樣才能解決問題? 煩啊,醫院還威脅我說"take collection activity"
