在房子Lease開始之前毀約會導致多少損失

我現在住在一個兩室一廳的公寓,從別人轉租過來的。但我後來又延期了,新Lease將
從8月開始,但是我越來越不想在這兒住下去了,主要是各個方麵都不如意,特別是公
寓管理人員態度太差。

請問在這種情況下,我們單方毀約搬出去最壞的結果會是怎樣的呢?拿不回押金?付下
一個Lease的所有房租?(與公寓管理人員協商解約失敗)
