spouse support

Old Cat and all friends,

H filed divorce in 2001, and made his salary same as W's with the power of being CEO.W's attorney was stupid and didn't mark the spouse support on the response. He said she couldn't get it since he had no job and then they made same amount. Last year w found out H had made 5-6 times of her income since stock sell in 2004-2006. These stock was from 2001 that he didn't disclose.

They are finishing divorce this year,though they filed divorce in 2001. Before seperation. CAn W ask spouse support for the years and for how long? can W ask to include stock as a part of spouse support in 2001 now? H cheated w in 2001 and it was fraud. H made twice as W did before seperation. It is 5 years long marriage with kid.
