女朋友在找中介定了張機票，後來因為改時間，就訂了第二張，當時她問工作人員是不是隻用交差價就行了，對方給與肯定的回答，但現在charge了第二張機票之後就告訴她第一張票是non-refundable，不給退錢，而且現在打電話也不接，請問這種情況該怎麽處理？
