求助：哪位有關於丟失郵包索賠或者small claims court的經驗啊

我4月份的時候丟了幾個包裹，損失大概200多塊錢。其中兩個包裹都是有delivery confirmation德，但是郵遞員就把包裹放在我的門口就走掉了。沒有留note。如果不是我上網查delivery confirmation，我都不知道包裹已經投遞了。我去郵局complain, 和manager談了，他隻說會問那個具體投遞的郵遞員。但是，後來也沒下文了。



雖然包裹沒有買insurance, 但是我覺得這是因為郵遞員的錯誤操作造成的包裹丟失/被盜。我想讓郵局賠償。不知道應該如何具體操作。



或者，我可以到small claim court去嗎？這個應該怎麽辦呢？

• delivery confirmation 不是registered mail，但你可憑上麵的號碼讓郵局to track its -zclearwater- ♀ (0 bytes) () 05/01/2009 postreply 18:27:35
