Don't be so indignant, man.

People buying insurance just because it is mandatory by the law,
otherwise, I bet more people will choose not to buy it.

As to this kind of case, there is a good article below, just follow it.
Simply don't show your money in a certain period of time and bear the
bothering phone calls, if you would like to.
