我找到了德州的網頁。Comumer complaints 是很容易file，但上麵說是沒有法律效應。 Small claim court 正是我在電視上看到的，上麵介紹了相關的訴訟程序，這很有用。至少讓我知道這個程序是怎麽進行的。
