The security deposit is refundable for a lease of six months, I stay there for four months, and I know the deposit will not be returned. I gave the advanced notice and the lease said, if I move out before six months,the deposit will not be refundable. So I do not think there is any reason they will send me to a collect agent because I paid the rent and they will keep the deposit.
