請問：$１００ 清潔費該交嗎？多謝了！

我要提前搬出apartment，上個月已給了written notice， 我知道 $４００security deposit is non-refundable， 昨天，我主動打電話給manager，問她需不需要 check the apartment，她並不check，直接說:除了the deposit, 我還要交１００清潔費。並讓我到她的office to discuss，我有點困惑，這 $１００ 是否合理？多謝了！(apartment is very clean because I just stay there for four month, and clean the carpet every week)多謝了！
