外州拿停車罰單, 什麽辦? 先謝了

上周在紐約拿了一張停車罰單.老公去拿東西,我就在車裏還給罰單,真是氣死了. 110刀.我朋友說警察管不了外州的人.我在德州.是這樣的嗎? 多謝了.
