On the "Sales Order Invoice", which is the paper I signed (I believe this one serves as the "order form" you mentioned in your input) there was words below. However there is no re-stocking fee.

"all orders are noncancelable and all deposits will be forfeited".

I do not recall that I observed the mentioning of Re-Stocking fee at
on signs by entrances;
on signs at cash registers;
on product tags;
But I am not 100% sure.
