I did not take pictures. When they do the delivery I refused delivery on site. The delivery guy also acknowledged the problem. We called the sales representative in shop and got her approval before the delivery guy took the sofa back.
The delivery guy asked me to sign the delivery paper. I wrote down:"Delivery refused due to damage on product. Refused delivery approved by sales over phone call on site".
What frustrates me is that when I went to the shop yesterday they called the warehouse in front of me. Then they say everything is minor. I told them then I foresee a problem when they make second delivery. I kind of have to accept it as is since from their point of view everything is minor, can be and should be repaired. So I told them I already given you guys chance for the first shot. You guys missed it. I just want my money back.
