租車帶人出去玩得法律問題

聖誕租車和學校的一些朋友出去玩1周，買了Loss Damage Waiver Full的保險，這個知管車，不管人，他們又不太願意多花錢買National Protection Plus (NPP)，說是大家都有醫療保險。

這個車時以我的名義租下來的，也是我開。是不是需要和車裏的其他人有個協議啥的，不然出了事故都找我要醫療費就破產了，即使就問我要那保險外30%我都付不起（以前看有心好帶同學買菜，出了事情都有為錢翻臉的）。現在膽子越來越小了，嗬嗬。如果要個協議是如何操作的，寫個免責聲明(裏麵都該寫些啥，有什麽注意事項嗎)，簽個字就好了嗎
