簡單的告訴所有人,如果不買NPP就取消整個行程. 因為您個人除非是法律專業,您所草擬的"協議"多少都有可能有機會在將來的法律訴訟被推翻,所以與其浪費時間做這種事,不如堅持您的立場,保障您個人的權益.
