Are those genetic problems?

You probably have more knowledge regarding those medical conditions than people on this forum. Is there scientific conclusion that the problems you mentioned are genetic? I know more than one baby have eye problems because mom used medicine to 保胎. (I am not saying you used medicine. Just want to say if it is not a genetic issue, 羊水檢查 cannot tell.) Did you have genetic consoling when you had 羊水檢查？ I was told normal 羊水檢查 only check 染色體數目（DOWN syndrome is caused by 染色體數目 abnormally). For other genetic problem, need to order special tests based on parents family history. Those tests are expensive and not covered by insurance.

In any case, you can talk to lawyers to see if they think there is a case.
