被老公打，該怎抹辦？

我經常挨拳頭，幾次想離婚，但是想想2個女兒，就狠不下心來。一個人在國外，有沒有人可以傾訴。打電話回家，又被父親臭罵一頓，說是30多歲的人應自己解決，不要動不動煩家裏人。有經驗的人，可以給點建議嗎？想申請法庭保護令，還在猶豫中。。。
