Drive a car is not as easy as everybody think. The key to a good driver is to avoid the accident by anticipate the other driver's move.

I am sorry to hear what happened to you. When case come to this point, you need somebody who can get your story straight. I can understand your story only via the police report. The way you drew the map and the way you told story is very confusing.
