請教老貓先生 – 非常對不起打攪您 。。。

我一年前在美國離婚，我在美國一邊工作，一邊照顧倆個幼齡孩子。

我的前夫在中國工作（海歸），他在中國生意非常成功（是他提出離婚的），他是美國公民，而且擁有加拿大綠卡。

他常常少寄或不寄孩子們的扶養費。我該如何處裏？

他如果放棄美國公民，我該如何處裏？
